We have incorporated a unique "Virtual Estate Planning System" (VEPS) that allows our clients to be involved with the drafting of their own Estate Planning Documents as part of a Customized Estate Planning Package that includes a personalized Will and related Trust Documents, as well as Durable Financial and Health Care Powers of Attorney, and Business Succession Documents if needed. 

Estate Planning inevitably requires documents, forms, statements, and records. We can help you keep this information organized and secure for your own Estate Planning needs and give it to your Executor. We can also ensure you are made aware of what you need for ongoing review, updates, and alternatives if life brings new changes or challenges. This allows you to have all the documentation at your fingertips. 

Utilizing our Firm's online VEP System and the Questionnaire to complete your Customized Estate Planning Package will reduce the amount of time and cost typically associated with the Estate Planning Process.

REGISTRATION & QUESTIONNAIRE:

Please fill out the questions on the Questionnaire to the best of your ability. Simply scroll down and click on the START HERE Button below. We realize you may not have all the answers or the information readily available. During our meetings and telephone conversations, we will review and answer any additional questions you may have and help you determine the best Estate Plan for your situation.

Please note the following directions  before you begin the process:

1. Once you hit the START HERE Button below, the Questionnaire will open. 

2. You can navigate the online Questionnaire by clicking NEXT at the bottom of each page. 

3. If you cannot finish or complete the questionnaire and need to return to it laterPLEASE DO NOT HIT THE SUBMIT BUTTON - SIMPLY LOG OUT, and you will be able to log back in at a later time. 

BE ADVISED that --- Once you hit the SUBMIT BUTTON, you cannot return to the Questionnaire to make any changes or provide additional information. 

4. When you have completed the Questionnaire, click on the SUBMIT BUTTON. We will then have access to the answers you provided and be able to begin the creation of your Estate Plan Documents.

Click on the START BUTTON to Register and begin the process.

YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE PROVIDING THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION VOLUNTARILY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENTERING INTO AN ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP IF AND WHEN THE RETAINER AGREEMENT IS EXECUTED BY YOU AND THE LAW FIRM. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE MAY BE RETAINED TEMPORARILY IN A SECURE THIRD-PARTY DATABASE UNTIL DOWNLOADED BY OUR LAW FIRM.
